How To Use Your Coaching Hub

Your hub keeps your workout, meal plan, and check-in in one place. Follow these steps each training day so Coach {{COACH_FIRST_NAME}} can see your progress and update your plan.

Open your private link

Use the private client link or access code Coach {{COACH_FIRST_NAME}} sends you. Keep it saved on your phone so you can open it before workouts.

Start Workout

Tap Start Workout or Start Workout with Timer. The Workout Player may show more than one assigned workout. Choose the workout Coach {{COACH_FIRST_NAME}} told you to do today, then follow the exercise order.

  • Use the timer/rest prompts as your guide.
  • Use good form before adding weight.
  • Do not rush reps just to beat the timer.

Complete the workout

When finished, tap the completion button in the Workout Player. This sends the workout completion to Coach {{COACH_FIRST_NAME}}'s dashboard.

Check your meal plan

Tap Meal Plan in the hub to review your assigned meals and nutrition notes. Hit protein first, stay consistent, and message Coach {{COACH_FIRST_NAME}} if a meal does not fit your schedule.

Submit your Check-In

Tap Check-In after your workout or at the end of the day. Add energy level, notes, weight if requested, and anything Coach {{COACH_FIRST_NAME}} should know.
